Welcome to the Frankston City Council Small Business Grants 2025-26 program.
Stage 1 - Project Brief applications close on Friday, 5:00pm 22 August 2025. Late, incomplete or unsubmitted applications cannot be accepted.
Please ensure you have read the guidelines before submitting your application.
To complete Stage 1 application - Project Brief, the following information is required:
- Applicant Information
- Business Information
- Project Brief
- Relationship with Frankston City Council
- Privacy, Conflict of Interest, Final Details and Declaration
Stage 1 applications will be reviewed and assessed for eligibility by Council Officers. This will include a standard Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) 'Current and Historical Extract' business search being carried out.
Eligible Stage 1 applications will then be invited via email to apply for Stage 2 on 3 September 2025. Refer to page 10 of the guidelines to commence preparation for your Stage 2 application.
