Before You Start

📖 This grant reopens 1 June 2026 and closes 14 June 2026.

📖 If approved, we will contact the activity provider directly and require them to provide an invoice by 30 June 2026.

NOTE: The Activity Participation Subsidy 2025-2026 is for eligible applicants aged 18 or above.

Navigating the Form

  • Use the Form Navigation box (on every page) to jump to any section.

  • Or, click Next Page / Previous Page at the top or bottom of each screen.

Saving Your Draft

  • Click Save and Close to leave a draft.

  • To continue later, log in and go to My Submissions.

  • You can download your draft or final application as a PDF (see the bottom of the last page).

Submitting Your Application

  1. Go to Review and Submit in the Navigation Panel.

  2. Fix any missing or invalid answers.

  3. Click Submit (top, bottom, or panel link).

🔒 Once submitted, you cannot edit or upload further documents.

After submission:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your application attached.

  • If no email arrives, check spam/junk folders. If still missing, your application was not submitted.

Attachments

  • Upload supporting documents from your computer or storage device.

  • Wait for each file to finish uploading before adding another.

  • File size: up to 25MB (recommended: under 5MB for faster upload).

Working as a Team

Multiple people can work on one application using the same login, but:

  • Only one person at a time can edit.

  • Always save before logging out.

Spell Check

Most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) include built-in spell check. You can turn it on or off in your browser settings.
